54 now to 82 by midafternoon.?ÿ I suppose the Florida crowd will start at 82 and go up.?ÿ How are things in the 54-40 or fight crowd??ÿ What's happening in Seward's Folly??ÿ Are the leaves changing yet in New England??ÿ Meanwhile, our New Zealanders should be moving into Spring.
51 this morning here in North Georgia.?ÿ Supposed to get to the middle 70s this afternoon.?ÿ It won't back to the 80s until Sunday.?ÿ Just a little tease of Autumn.?ÿ My wife and daughter are up in the Tennessee mountains hiking and said it was mid 40s this morning.

What's happening in Seward's Folly?
My buddy in Anchorage said he had an inch of snow on his hot tub yesterday morning, and it was still coming down...
Indian summer, here in Puyallup.
The northern parts of New England might see the leaves changing soon. They are already starting to talk about it on the Boston news channels. Down here in the southern parts, everything is still very green, and the fruits and nuts are ripe. It's been a very wet summer, so I think the growth has been particularly lush for the forest undergrowth and the few remaining farm fields. Mushrooms have been especially abundant, as well.
@dougie?ÿ
It must be coming this way because it plunged into the (god forbid) 70??s last night! Time to start looking for my Eskimo clothes (sweat pants and t-shirt) and haul out the fake fire logs. ?????ÿ

It was Tshirt weather in Prince William Sound on Sunday?ÿ
My buddy said the wind was blowing 60 mph and cold ??? on Wednesday?ÿ

We've had some welcome cool weather down here.?ÿ The only thing that's turning color is the sumac but the rest of the deciduous floras aren't far behind.
Haven't seen any signs of rutting.?ÿ The woods are dry and dusty.?ÿ That makes for poor deer hunting.?ÿ Soon there will be some rain and cooler weather.?ÿ Looking forward to it.

Not really any color here in MA, but starting up in the Whites. Still got a couple weeks to go. Last year it peaked around the first weekend in October, which was early.
Leaves are starting to turn here.
Welp.?ÿ Back to normal.?ÿ 57 overnight and 90 tomorrow afternoon.
