Ah, I think I inadvertently figured out how that weird image-overlaying-the-website in the pictures-through-a-transit thread occurred. I was trying zoom in to the image in IE (up to 600%). When I reset the window to 100%, I ended up with the zoomed in version overlaying the original message and extending beyond the actual "website" page.

Edit: I don't feel like uploading a screenshot to a server/share website right now.
