I am in the field today and have access to a computer but no Corpscon. I need to convert North Central Texas State Plane Coordinate NAD83 to Lat and Long. Is there an easy way to do it short of calling someone?

Use the NGS Toolkit (SPCS83)

Lat = 32°46'49.93967"
Lon = 96°45'54.09302"
