Maybe their is more than was presented in this article,?ÿ but it sounds like there is not much more to know. This man is ignorant of 200 years of American boundary law.?ÿ

The article said he had recorded a deed on the property.?ÿ Who was the Grantor??ÿ Who wrote the Meets and Bounds??ÿ On what is the description based??ÿ Is he claiming as a Squatter??ÿ Does Accretion/Avulsion not apply??ÿ More questions and the courts will have the final say so.
