The article said he had recorded a deed on the property.?ÿ Who was the Grantor??ÿ Who wrote the Meets and Bounds??ÿ On what is the description based??ÿ Is he claiming as a Squatter??ÿ Does Accretion/Avulsion not apply??ÿ More questions and the courts will have the final say so.
