I'm not sure if it is just a random coincidence, but after using the my Carlson surveyor plus in GNSS demo mode, and forgetting to switch back (threw me in a major loop - setting base/rover/radio repeatedly) my internal radio on my Triumph 1 base will no longer turn on and begin transmitting. I have several Triumph 1 Units that behave similarily - they have been well used - could this be a internal battery issue? Or could it have something to do with switching in and out of demo mode? I appreciate any ideas. Thanks.?ÿ

I'll have to defer to the insights of the Carlson Technical Support team but one suggestion might be to try (after connecting to the Triumph unit) the Equip tab -- GPS Utilities -- Hard Reset. Other more drastic options could be attempted but I would recommend consulting with your Triumph dealer or the Carlson Tech Support team before proceeding further.

@ladd-nelson Thanks for helping, I tried the hard reset, but the internal radio on the Javad Triumph won't actuate. I'll have to try the other suggestions.
