What has happened the BLM website? I was going to do some research, but I am redirected to other pages as if someone has bought their domain name and took it over.

I have posted this before. Everyone will have to bear with some temporary delays and unavailability in the coming months. The BLM's scanning/indexing/verifying/hosting project to get more Survey Records on the GLO website for public dissemination requires that the site go off line at times. I believe that they try to do it at times of historically lower activity such as weekends and holidays. It will be worth the wait when more survey records come on line for everyone.
You can always drive to the nearest BLM public room and get your records the old fashion way.
I figured out the problem. Somehow I got a virus. Am usually careful, but it was causing the redirects.
