Everything I have received from them is substandard. I just ordered (2) BT-65Q batteries for my Topcon robot. Neither of them would accept a charge or even power the instrument on, brand-new, out of the box! Beware.
I will say this. When I complained I got an immediate refund in full, no questions asked. They didn't even ask me to return them. I would rather just have a decent product. I had ordered a data collector pack from them earlier with poor results and got an immediate refund also. I thought the first time was just a fluke and took a chance on another order. Now it's a pattern.
If anyone else has had better luck with good replacement batteries, let me know. 200 bucks for one of these seems beyond reason.
