There was a post a few weeks back about truck boxes. Anyone have ideas and pictures of racks/boxes for four wheelers?

This is my latest setup with Plano boxes and regular ATV expanded metal racks and green 6in pvc painted flat black.

There is room on the right side of the front rack for the backpack and instrument and gun racks fore and aft for tripods.

You can never have enough gun racks.

Carbinder and Ratchet straps work best for me.

B-)

I just use the standard racks with a small box on the back.

How many stay wires does one pole need?

Strong prevailing winds from the right hand side of the photo?

Seb,

There is probably another power line taking off perpendicular to that power line. The anchor lines are there to equalize the tension forces exerted by the power lines pulling in the opposite direction.

I have staked miles and miles of power lines like that along highways in southern Mississippi back in 2002-2004.

Okay, I am a survey picture junkie. I have been saving atv pictures, just like I have been saving truck box pictures. I found them and have added them to my Dropbox folder.

Here is a link: ATV Pictures
