Does anyone have a web site link to the Acts of Congress? Specifically the March 2, 1899 Act during the 55th Congress.

I've searched high and low and found bits and pieces but not the actual act.

Thanks, I did find that page but for some reason didn't see the 'see page image' button until now. Guess I just needed a second look.

A few years ago I officed with some attorneys that had paid access to Lexis Nexis. It is all there, but I believe the subscription cost is lofty.

I'm sure other sites exist, but that is the only one I know of where the complete and exhaustive Congressional Records could be accessed on-line.

Wish I still had access.
