For some reason this morning two of my data collectors aren't connecting to Verizon. Does anyone have a number of someone at Verizon that would know anything about tethering a data collector to a blackberry? The people at the local dealer and the people at tech support are morons.

Some tech problems require relaying the message "your solutions are not helping me, I need to talk to your supervisor"

The supervisor has the knowledge to fix most problems or to send you to the next level and the first few persons you talk to are going from page to page following a troubleshooting list.

What data collectors are you connecting to. I'd be happy to help.

TSC2.

I was told this morning that Verizon is trying to cut off anyone from using data via dial up networking, and instead are wanting everyone to go to mifi, if I understood correctly.

Both units are working again, after we both, uncoordinated, took the batteries out of the phones. I'm still not convinced that the problem wasn't on Verizon's end.
