IF you can get it installed.

Right click the desktop icon, go to PROPERTIES
then the COMPATIBILITY tab,

try checking the RUN THIS PROGRAM IN COMPATIBILITY MODE FOR:

(probably XP maybe NT)

good luck!

Similar problem I had getting Foresight to work on my home machine involved downloading a new Sentinel driver.

I tried multiple downloads, do they need to be placed in a certain folder to spark activation?

When we changed out our 32 bit computers with 64 bit, the only way we could get Terramodel to work was to call Trimble support and they reset the sentinel keys.

Did you uninstall the original driver?

I think Terramodel and Foresight run on the same engine.

Try this link

I loaded it (9.83) on a Win 7 Pro, 64 bit and it works no problem. Seems like I had to load a 64 bit plotter diver but also no problem, it plots fine. Before it was on a 32 bit XP, I never tried it on a 64 bit XP.

For me Win 7 Pro has worked better than XP. I runs all the older stuff just fine in straight Win 7 Pro.

I have never had any luck with XP 64, I have TerraModel loaded on just about every other 64 bit windows version, but, that one never worked for me. I did give up early (didn't go beyond the compatibility attempts) as I really didn't need the combination as I did have other directions

I had to call sentinel to get the right driver for the usb. I tried several off the website but they had to put me on the right one.

XP should have the Service Pac 3 upgrade.

the Terramodel 10.61K (supplied by geocomp.com.au) works well under 64bit and in Windows10.

Jerry- The keys purchased on Ebay with all modules active are pirated. We purchased one after asking them if it was a legit key and when we got it found out it wasn't. The company was forced to refund our money. Fun times.

We have been able to install Terramodel on a number of platforms without any issues.

Does anyone have Terramodel locks for sale? Do you have any Foresight or Foresight DXM locks you'd be willing to part with? Thanks.

They need to be USB and work with v10. Image Manager, CAD, COGO, Contour, Field Data minimum.

I was always told that I was one of the few that even ordered image manger.?ÿ I don't think that I am willing to give up the USB ones, but, you can convert the parallels to USB.?ÿ I have my doubts that I am going to have one that I want to give up that has Image Manager though.?ÿ Last count I had around thirteen dongles though.?ÿ How does the V10 interact with a TM?
