Hello All,

I've been tinkering around with Carlson Intellicad and overall I'm pretty impressed. The programs supply most of the tools I need without any of the bloated complexity that is C3D. However I am running into a small issue which I am guessing is due to my own inexperience and not the software itself.?ÿ

I am trying to find a way for my station/offsets to auto update in the point description after a change is made to the CL/Alignment file. I've tried the link commands under SETTINGS>CARLSON CONFIGURE>GENERAL SETTINGS (I have also tried this in Carlson running on top of ACAD before my license expires). Though this does not seem to work either. I was also thinking there should be a way to define this in F2F by just rerunning the command with the points of interest but I also cannot find what I am looking for there.

So after that longwinded post my question I guess is, is this even possible in Carlson? Or am I just banging my head against the wall?

Thanks in advance,

I assume you are setting points using the offpts command. Easy answer is no, the descriptions do not update with a change in centerline definition.?ÿ The point blocks are not active objects like in Civil3D.

@remi I detest using Civil3d, I use Carlson running over Civil3d.
