Do you know if the offer applies for upgrading? Have tried to email when i first saw it but there was no reply with regards to it

Not specifically. But I do know that Microsurvey is a fairly small outfit and deals can sometimes be negotiated if you ask the right way. When emailing them from Singapore keep in mind the time difference.
