crashes during baseline processing. (at BL 5 of 7, so not huge task here)
"Runtime error" whatever that means.
the SP support route is useless- directs me to a list of non-relevant topics.
(they used to have true support- email and response w/in a day or so. No more.)
Before I uninstall/reinstall, any tips or suggestions?

I have no experience with the software but can you process one baseline at a time? Not a fix but an inconvenient workaround.

Good idea.
I did a restart (again) and reloaded the static files. No crash.
Had me worried cuz under a deadline.
