I created a test folder in my Solutions projects folder. Win 7 is unable to find that folder. I downloaded from ufcors and the NGS program was able to find the folder and put my zip file in it. WIN 7 could not open that folder to allow me to extract from the zip. I went back to Solutions and chose to add an observation file, prompting it to look for all files. I right clicked on the zip file and extracted my data. Win 7 told me that the folder did not exist, but darn my extracted observation was there to be found and used by solutions.

Any thoughts on where and how to slap WIN 7 silly?

In addition to RFB's response, I think Wendell posted something similar and how to solve it. I think it was Wendell's Mom's machine that had the issue. Sounds awfully similar to this one. It was a couple of weeks ago I think.
