The only data you should edit would be the temperature, pressure, HI, HT, prism offset, etc. I can't see any reason to edit raw data that comes out of an instrument. But maybe you have a reason??ÿ
Other least squares adjustment packages like geolab, star*net, etc use ascii files as input, so of course they can be edited.?ÿ

I want it, because this is converted?ÿ topcon raw file and when i import the file, it get wrong directions and lengths...

A few times -- over the course of many years -- I've collected a day's worth of data and then realized that I had the wrong temp/pressure info in the gun.?ÿ That necessitated correcting all the distance measurements, a task onerous enough to justify writing some custom software to accomplish it.?ÿ
Descriptions are the most common items I edit in a raw data file, followed by disabling bum shots and then (at a far remove) HI/HR corrections.?ÿ But the fact is that I edit almost every raw data file I collect, though I do make the edits in a copy (*.rwb).
The way I process total station data is that I read it in to a database (from either the .dc file or a .jxl file). This has all the info for each shot, including time, entered T/P, etc. Usually I then either download weather data from the nearest station or import from my Brunton ADC (portable weather device). I use either the field entered values or the imported values (T/P/humidity) to correct the distances. I can also fix any HI/HT or prism offsets (or station names) that are incorrect. I then reduce distances and zenith angles to mark-to-mark. Then I export for either geolab or star*net. But I never mess with the recorded raw angles or distances.?ÿ
Yes, you can edit the data through the Total Station Editor. This allows you to key in data from a Rite in the Rain Collector, or edit the imported .dc file. Not sure how Topcon data plays with TBC, but I am sure there will be an options that works well.?ÿ
