I do tons of FEMA Elevation Certificates, and have always used their word file format. I have tried the PDF one they have, but it seems to always have issues. I have frequently thought of making the word file document, into a fillable PDF file. The only problem is I do not know how to get pictures into a PDF. I have Adobe Standard (9.0, I think), and I have yet to find a way to bring in, move around and resize pictures in PDF file. Anyone know how to do this.

I don't want to go through the trouble of making a separate word document sheet, then printing to PDF, then combining files into one PDF. To much hassle. For that much hassle I would keep using the whole word document.

Is there a reason you don't like to use the Word file?

The main reason is retyping things.

In a PDF you can make it so you type the address once on page one, and everywhere else it is supposed to be it enters automatically. Same with the Surveyors Name, the Date, all that stuff. I just don't like typing the address 4 times, the city 4 times, the state 4 times, and the zip code 4 times. [sarcasm]Yes.... I know I just typed "4 times" 4 times. Ok now 6 times...[/sarcasm]

You can do a SaveAs with all your company information typed in.
