Latest version of MAGNET Field has a bug in Set Collection. User must use Predefined Points feature or FS reverse using angle sequence BS FS ^ FS BS will cause an error message indicating instrument in wrong face. User will not be able to continue.

Mark are you really using the latest version. New Release just came out a week ago, Magnet field version 6.0

I suggest waiting for next update. Never jump on a X.0 version. Wait for 6.1 and let others be the beta testers.

Don't call their corporate number. They will refer you to a dealer every time.

If you look in the terms of service the direct support isn't obvious. You have to sign into the magnetsystems website and use the contact us page. The response time is 24 hours.
