I'm trying to mask mtext in a iCad 7.1/Carlson 2012 drawing. I can select the mask features just fine in the mtext dialog. When I enter the edit and return to the drawing the text disappears altogether until I hover over it with the mouse and a ghost of the text shows up. I've used this command in earlier versions with success but can't seem to figure out what going on here. Any suggestions?
TIA,
Doug

not sure about the Icad masking, but i've seen issues with CAD
is the mask a separate object? therefore a draw order issue?
or is a regen or regenall (REA) in order?
