I'm checking to see if anyone has suggestions. I use Carlson Civil Suite 2017 Intellicad on a Windows 10 laptop. I frequently use images in my drawings. A few weeks ago they disappeared. I use the "DRAW" "IMAGE" "RASTER IMAGE" command and they are inserted into the drawing, but are not visible. If I print the drawing they print OK. If I close the drawing and open it with a 2008 version of Autocad they show OK in the 2008 Autocad.
Carlson support has not found an answer, since they cannot duplicate the problem. I'm inclined to think it has something to do with my display driver/Intellicad mix.
Any ideas? I'm headed out on a job, but will check in when I return.

Maybe Tech Support can remote into your computer and take a look around. They have had to do that for some network licensing issues we had, and they had it fixed in a matter of minutes. This may be an option, especially since they cannot duplicate the problem.

In my experience Intellicad struggles with images. Im Using Carlson on intellicad 8.2
