I am having trouble running a traverse in the set-collections mode of Magnet 2.7 on Tesla. The "M" menu has a traverse option under the measure menu while in TOPO. However, the same measure option in "M" menu doesn't exist while in set-collections. How am I able to have me prompted to move OCC-FS, and use previous OCC as BS? I have spoken with my instrument dealer and multiple Topcon Support Reps who were all stumped at the time, and are "getting back to me..." Thank you for your help! I am very new to Magnet and Tesla, and its seems like a foreign language compared to SurveyPRO on the TDS Ranger.
Recommend you first upgrade to Magnet 3.1.
Many improvements made since 2.7
Set collect allows for mult points measured by averages of angles and distance. When you advance your setup, simply enter your new occupation and back sight.

I'm pretty sure you have to enter your new occ and bs manually... there is no "advance setup" button
I have also just gotten the new sokkia robotic with magnet.
I use the set collection on it to do my traverse. However when I move to a new point. I use the station setup first then go into set collection to shoot my forward sights.
Thank you all for your help. That was the only conclusion I could come to at this point and I appreciate the confirmation. I will look into our eligibility for the upgrade.
