I'm curious what, if any, limitations there are with dynamic blocks created in AutoCAD when opened in newer versions of Intellicad. All input appreciated.

Well, funny you should ask. Those awesome guy wire anchor blocks that you made for me 3 years ago don't work for me anymore since I am now in Intellicad. The bar scale sort of works, just not quite as well as it used to.
