I'm not using Civil 3D yet but I'm wondering if it is possible to make a point table with both NAD27 AND NAD83 grid coordinates and the lat long for both datums?
Probably, but from experience, the first time you do anything in 3D will take a lot of time.
Lat/Long and one of NAD27 or NAD83 isn't a problem. Both? I'm not sure about that. I think not.
The only way I can think of to do this with any degree of simplicity is to create a second drawing with the alternative datum, build half of the table in that drawing and xref that half of the table into the main drawing, not elegant but should be doable.
Is this to put on a map or something? Why not just export them to an excel sheet and bring it in as an OLE object if that's the case?

What Mr. Rain said.
You can use the civil 3D plug-in Sincpac.

no it is not possible to do that. you can only show one or the other
Can you run it through the corps con and insert a excel speed sheet. I don't know what you are trying to accomplish but i am assuming you have only 1 set of data. I am betting you have a good reason to show coordinates in both datums. Doing this sounds like a recipe for disaster.
You could always populate user defined point properties with one set of coordinates. Could probably setup a drawing in the other system, then export the alternate coords and import them into the UDP properties in the other drawing.
