Our office runs carlson survey 2013 with autocad embedded and all of our computers are experiencing the same error. It has to do with the right-click options. Most of our employees change the settings the following way: options > user preferences > right-click customization > edit mode > shortcut menu.
The error we encounter occurs when we change between drawings. If we cycle to another drawing, it changes our right-click options back to the default "repeat last command". So every time we change drawings, we have to redo the process to make the settings the way that we like to draft. Has anyone else encountered this? I have called Carlson Support multiple times and they can not answer the question for me. We have the most recent updates to the software but still no fix. If anyone has an answer for this, please let me know. Thanks!

Could be a registry setting.

From tech support:
After you make those setting changes; you then have to select Settings/Mouse Click Settings and then check the boxes under the "right button click" selection.
Try making those changes in your .dwt file. Theoretically, each time you start a new drawing with that .dwt file the settings should be there.
