Somehow I lost my middle button pan, and it's now the Osnaps. I didn't consciously do it, but it changed, so now I have to change it every time, using the mbuttonpan command with each new session.
Anyone know how to change it back permanently?

In 2008, it was: settings/mouse click settings. You could check pan or pop up menu. I know it was nearly a decade ago, but that was the last i used it.

Depending on your version of Windows and your permissions to change your computer and its Registry settings, my suggestion would be to:
- Locate the Carlson application icon on your Desktop and/or in your Windows "Start" Program Group, and,
- Right-click on the icon and issue the Run As -- Administrator option. NOTE: If you are challenged for a password at this point, you will need to consult with your organization's IT personnel for the proper password credentials.
- Continue into the application. Once it completed loading, set the desired variable(s) to the desired value(s).
- Exit from the application. NOTE: If prompted to "save" a "blank" drawing (e.g. "drawing1.dwg"), I typically do so and discard it later to ensure that all File -- "Save & Exit" routines have been executed.
- Once the application has shut down, re-start it normally and see if the variable(s) that had been set in step 3 above retain the desired value(s). If not, a call into the http://www.carlsonsw.com/support/support-center/&apos ;">Carlson Technical Support team would be the next suggested course of action.
I hope this information helps.
Thanks. I found it right in the Carlson pull-downs:
Settings/Mouse Click Settings
Never noticed that pull-down before
