Anyone know how to NCOPY a line that is in the drawing from an xref? That command does not seem to work anymore.

I don't know if NCOPY has ever been developed for IntelliCAD but I have logged the request with our development team. Until NCOPY is available, you could open the second DWG and use the Windows Copy/Paste via the Edit -- Clipboard routines to insert the entities into the desired drawing.
