I will contact Carlson support tomorrow but will try here first. I have installed Carlson Survey 2011 Intellicad on windows 10 but I am having two problems with it. Firstly in field to finish I have plot on real z unchecked but it is still plotting on real z. Secondly the 3d viewer window crashes the software each time I use it.

Any suggestions? These both worked fine installed on Windows 7.

Never mind both solved

1. In draw field to finish change additional draw options to locate on real z by code.
2. Settings, Carlson Configure, General Settings uncheck Force software-only Open GL driver

Furthering the discussion about F2f - One of the neat things you can do with it is have some points go to 2d (like boundary and control points) and others, such as those you use in the DTM, go to 3d. You aren't necessarily stuck with all one or the other.
