i'm in need of a cad person who can draw small surveys such as lot/block - not any contouring but buildings/walks/etc. anybody know of where that can be had? or where to look?

I had a great experience with Aaron Michalenko from EPS group in Mesa, AZ. Although he is almost a full continent away he did a stand up job for me. It was much more than you're looking for but I'm sure he could swing it. The price was fair and the timing was fast!
Interesting...I've always thought having someone from far away would be a good thing. I hate to be paranoid... but I worry that allowing a potential local competitor access to my CAD work files might bite me in the rear some day.

A local guy is likely to be busy at the same time you are. Best to have a source whose off-season is different from yours.
