A while back, someone posted about wanting an app for autocadd.

I think you might find what your looking for here: AutoCAD WS

I took a quick look at it and it looks pretty cool, for free.

I use it to review drawings when I am mobile. It is indeed a powerful interactive viewer, and is capable of storing redlines in the cloud. However, there are bugs that need to be fixed, such as the visibility of layers when creating PDF's and what redlines are actually saved to the drawing. It doesn't always work properly, even when using a PC, instead of an Android device.

Am I the only one...?

Who is not a fan of "the cloud?"

This, together with all of the different ways they are mining all personal info that they can?

Before you know it Autocad will only allow you to save jobs to "the cloud" and you will then be forced to retrieve your files at the discretion of these demons, probably with a fee that undoubtedly will be imposed.

No, you are not the only one who dislikes/ does not trust the cloud. There are times I am out of range of the internet (and do not have an internet card for my laptop- can't afford the cost and don't want one). I do much prefer keeping my private files close on a hard drive.
