My thoughts and prayers for the family. The worst part of the tragedy is the kids losing their father this way and having to grow up without his love and guidance.
It's more than a tragedy. The news story gives an account of an intentional criminal act rather than a merely negligent one. I really hope they catch the driver and convict him to the fullest extent the law will allow.

WOW is all I can say. And at 5:45am, when he was doing the right thing - facing traffic whilst afoot.
No doubt they'll find the driver, but 10 to 1 when they do his BAC is well below what it was that morning.
Trajic and truely sad. Prayers and condolences to the family, friends, and his respected co-workers.
Just kind of shows how us surveyor type road warrior vets who spend so much time in traffic.... the head swivel only swivels so far. Sad sad sad.

That just sucks!!! :'( 🙁 So very sorry to hear this. Don't like hearing about anything like this. His friends, family, and loved ones have our deepest sympathies and condolences.
I hope they catch this guy. And, he has to pay "child support" to raise this guys kids. Sad news.
