i like how these are such a big deal now... i was flying remote planes in '87.

electrics were still too heavy but now they are freaking awesome.

Drones, et al.

Very interesting, especially from Uncle.

I currently got under contract with a pretty smart surveyor who uses his drone for proprietary mapping via RTK base stations set up. All stays in house. He's got a 4 blade heckiloptor type and is hoping to morph into a fixed wing model soon. His camera is still a project under way.

Goes well with his 3D scanner for other things. Cool stuff on the cutting/bleeding edge of where we all are heading.
