Last day of the month... Not sure what will be the best way to handle this but we can submit photos perhaps for a week and then vote on the ones submitted.

Therefore please feel free to submit photos for the January 2015 Calender.

Cut off day will be Feb 6th.

And yes ... more railroad stuff.
Preparing for some deformation surveys while drilling a 4 feet sewage pipe under the railway.

Didn't have a ladder to see over the fence so had to find an alternative!

These are at Laughlin Ridge (between Ukiah and Willits):

This is the first time I noticed I stamped the photo sideways:

Bet you would have run to move that if the kids were let out to play..... I could just imagine them swinging off that tripod

Reminds me of one time I set up the robot on the sidewalk, no cones ! , and a lady walking a frisky labrador, well she went one way and the dog went the other, right under the leg of the tripod and leash started pulling the tripod leg out, lucky my rodman sprinted back in time to catch the whole setup before it crashed down ...

I dont set up in the middle of walkways anymore after that close call.

I may be late, but I'll go with the snake. I'll call him Charlie, and gramps is a good shot so I'll call him Pops.

I think the scanner on the swing set is kinda cool. Not something I'd do, but a good photo op if nothing else.

Oldest trick in the book, holding that snake out on the broom stick.

Fools most people.
