Quite possibly 3...lease rates on warehouse properties are through the roof. They are all getting taken up for grow operations who will pay whatever they have to. People that need warehouse space for something other than a grow are having to find locations that grow operation has been specifically excluded as an allowable use through zoning.

Yes, my experience is that these places pay cash to surveyors, so that helps.
Since everyone is wondering my opinion, being a Colorado resident since 1971, I don't drink or smoke, but I am glad it is legal. The fact that it is illegal in a free country has been more of a problem for society than keeping it legal. Of all the people that are most threatening to me or anyone else, drunk drivers is number 1, gangsters and pot warfare is number 2. I only wish this law was in effect about 30 years ago - that would have solved a major dilemma for me.
