I have not seen this before. There is a Zone AE with an elevation determined for North Pond (aka Lake Maspenock). The F.I.S. profile shows North Pond at the "Limit of Detailed Study". The county line runs through the pond at this point. The F.I.R.M. shows both this Zone AE with elevation 350.5 and a Zone A (no elevation) on the land next to it. Does this mean that land above 350.5' elevation is still in Zone A? See attached firmette.
The house next door to the south has a revalidated LOMC (from 2000) for the structure showing it in Zone C (now called X) as its lowest adjacent grade is above the AE flood level. Two houses further north have more recent LOMCs designating the structures as being in Zone X (unshaded).
