Not there for me, maybe when I blocked it long ago my block is still working.
@mightymoe It's different now. It exists but you have to purposely choose to sign-up for access, otherwise you can't see it. Likewise, if you do sign-up for access, you can remove yourself and it will disappear again. All by design, so that P&R folks can live in their own little world there, if they want.
