Happy 2017!
I am transitioning to survce and loving it. Next week i will need to do a control survey which will require logging raw gps data. I need to convert this data to rinex. I don't have any Carlson office software. Is there any freely available software that will do this conversion?

I had limited experience with an older version of SurveCE, but from what I recall, it could not convert the native receiver file to RINEX. However, most receivers have free download to convert the files. Also, there is TEQC,
