Hello community.
I'm using Google Translate, so I'll try to be as specific as possible to reduce translation errors.
I bought an Android collector that came with Carlson Layout installed. When I try to configure raw data storage, it doesn't assign a location within the system for that purpose. I don't know if it's because the program isn't installed on a Carlson collector. Does anyone have Carlson Layout installed on a phone and have the same problem?

Make sure you have granted all permissions for the app. It should create a folder in the internal memory of the phone called carlsonlayout.

cgi2099 thanks for replying. I've attached images of the folders created in the collector's internal memory, so I don't think that's the problem.
