I have older receivers, and GNSS 3.80.8 freeware version. (L1 only)

is there anything out there for dual freq simple baseline processing? Iƒ??m not working fee for service. The old receivers are as good as 1998 new. So I was curious if thereƒ??s a cheap solution to dual freq processing. (L1 only is just fine, and thereƒ??s always opus.)?ÿ

I've been doing vectors with the demo mode (5 points max per project) of an old copy of Topcon Tools someone sent me. I believe it uses both L1 and L2.?ÿ I wouldn't rely on it for absolute coordinates (I use OPUS-RS or OPUS-S for a base position), but think the TT vectors are very accurate with a few minutes of data in common between two receivers.

I recently played with the COGO features of the program and discovered that those points don't count against the 5, which helps.

@bill93

Some reports on here recently that the old Topcon Tools was giving some seriously incorrect results. A new version of Magnet tools is fairly cheap now on yearly subscription.

Depends on what you mean by "simple"??ÿ

There is always the package NGS PAGE-NT the manual is linked here: http://geodesyattamucc.pbworks.com/w/file/115417693/PNT6MAN.PDF

If you have the time, willingness to deal with frustration and the absence of technical support, it is available on the NGS site. The package includes sample data with results from the correct processing included.

This is the package required for use by those contracted to perform airport control surveys for the NGS. Or was when I last checked.

PAGE-NT works really well (one would hope so, since that is the processing engine used by OPUS / OPUS Projects), but it takes a fair amount of time to really learn it. There are a few tricks to the interface and processing options that the NGS recommends but are not necessarily documented.

I think it took me a good two or three days to get my head around the workflow, and another couple days to understand how to get the best results.

I did a bunch of airport bluebooking with PAGE-NT / Adjust around 2014-2016. I might have some references and cheat sheets outside of the manual and annexes.

You can use RTKLIB open source tool for processing. Check https://rtklibexplorer.wordpress.com/

There is wealth of information on this site.

Note on RTKLib - it won't process/adjust multiple vectors simultaneously. It's a PITA to load each Rinex file.?ÿ
