I would never see that because I leave my cutoff angle at 10?ø and at your location you would only see 6 with that cutoff. I guess in Wyoming you can set your cutoff to 0?ø. I had to check.
I have never seen ranging to satellites of 25,200,000m (3) and 25,700,000m (22). That is a lot of atmospheric interference.
