I have a Ford Ranger with an aluminum topper that I have been using for a field truck for about 3 years now. I have the Ranger sold, but the fellow isn't interested in the top. The office manager has already warned me about putting the top out back and said it was against company policy. When I bought the truck with the top on it, it had a big metal rack on top of it that I removed. We siliconed and spray sealed the two areas at the front where the rack bolted thru the roof. It is somewhat sealed but will leak in a hard rain, I park under a carport at night. All doors and locks work fine. I can't ship or deliver, pick up at my place only. I will donate 25% to Wendell (with his blessing) if someone from the site wants it. I don't know where to price it, a new one is a couple grand. This one has been put to work but it's still a functional set up. I think I would be glad to see it go to a good home and continue it's survey life. Someone start the bidding if your interested.
I like the box labeled "Assorted Screws" but is actually full of rolls of flagging. Reminds me of my "storage design"..

I have another one labeled assorted nails but it's still in the shop.
Time to raise the stakes a little. I will donate 50 percent to Wendell and RPLS Today. The office manager really don't like my idea of putting it out back to keep stuff in.
No one in my area could use this topper? I would let it go for $400 bucks and give Wendell $200. The truck is going down the road and will probably send the topper with it if no one could use it.
My Tacoma has a 6.1ft x 4.7ft bed and I'd like something like that.
If going down the road gets it anywhere near Texarkana, Texas/Arkansas contact me.
info on file or post your arrival for more
One of my helpers is buying the truck so I don't think it will see Texas. I can measure it if you wanted to road trip up to NC.
