This happened to a '93 I use to have...and the door was fiberglass. I wound up dropping the rear bumper just to get the lid to open. From the looks of it, this one won't open.
But that probably doesn't matter to this fellow Okie. We keep the ice-chest within reach of the driver at all times. B-)
