We have been doing some spring cleaning here at the office, and have some equipment that we no longer need. I am trying to sell a Wild T-1, Kern E1, and a Grade rode. Not sure what to ask for them so I am taken offers. I have more pictures of the equipment and will be more than happy to send them. You can email me at [email protected] with any questions.

Thank You

Just curious, what is the last pic? Looks like a utility locator?

I'm pretty sure the red box is an M-scope. The model of M-scope I used to use at a former job was older than that one, I believe. Not sure about the wood box though.

Those instrument mounted EDM's wore out a lot of instrument bearings, they just weren't built to handle that extra weight. Was lucky and never used them except for one, a YenaJena? with a McHenry poor man's EDM. The bearings were gone in that gun and getting 2 sets of close angles took concentration, the owner of that setup was told that there was no way to get that gun rebuilt, maybe not so, from something I read a few years ago. Boy did I hate that setup, just clamping the plates would often move the circle. Traversed around a steep section that had been clear cut and not re seeded, some will know how that ended up. Being alone I left everything in the brush at night tucked into a blow over hole under a root ball and only packed my canteen, lunch and battery in and out. Surprisingly I got a decent closure and didn't need to rerun the thing.

Both of those theodolites are really nice and have value.
FYI.
The kern edm mounted on the scope has a some sort of gold filter within which is quite costly to replace if damaged.
With the price of gold, it may add to the value a little.
