It wouldn't be that hard to 3D print,
Go Reflectorless. Put DOT tape on the front of the gammon Reel. Wrap the string over the top, so it hangs from the face of the Gammon reel. I use 12' gammon reels. I also relax the internal spring a little, and shorten the string to about 10'. Lasts forever.
