I am looking for a used total station. The brand is not important but I am looking for something reflectorless.
I can suggest a narrow beam. Leica makes a narrow beam one. I have one of the first 307r's from leica. I don't know if any other mfr's went narrow, or not.
It likes dot tape. Without dot tape, its only good for about 50 ft. (longer to flat reflective surfaces)
I paid 7k for it!

Reflectorless is easy to get. How much are you looking to spend? "Used total station with reflectorless" covers a lot of ground.
BTW, when Javad makes a total station Nate will start getting reflectorless returns off tree trunks and overhead wires 600m downrange, without any reflective tape. The rest of us have not bothered to wait.
No, dont think so. That's already available, from several mfr's.
If Javad made a total sta, for a prism pole, that weighed less than 2 LBS, reflectorless...
I'd be excited. Matter of fact, if anybody made a 2 lb TS, i'd get ecstatic! Put it in backpack. Set it on prism pole.... Yeah!
I have a Spectra Precision Focus 30 I was considering selling. Here are the specs. http://spectra-precision-hrvatska.com/FOCUS-30-engleski.pdf
Mine is fully robotic 3" model. I have a TSC3 with current Trimble Access for GPS, Robotics and Roads that can go with it.
I've had a Nikon NPL 332 for about 7 years. Very happy with it.
I'm currently selling ny equipment.
Trimble S3 2" fully robotic
Two TSC2 data collector
One is running survey controller with long range radio
the other Trimble Sc program
360 prisum
We are considering selling a 4 month old Nikon NPL 322+. Nothing wrong with it but just decided that we should have bought the same brand has our first gun just to keep it consistent among the crews
Thanks to all who replied. I decided to purchase a new NPL 322. It seems to be working well for me
