Looking for a digital 2009 BLM Manual

Anybody know where I can find a digital 2009 Manual?

BLM promised one over 2 years ago but maybe they need to unload hard copies of the 2009 Manual first to pad their PLSSF account.

Anyone out there know if one is in production?

I heard that there is a bootleg digital copy out there, any links available?

I guess I didn't hear that one. What I heard was an intention to recover costs through book sales. The book has been cleverly printed to a format, and on shiny paper, that is not so readily scanned on a common office scanner.

I have the 1973 manual in pdf format so it's a little big to post here. Send me your snail mail address via this web site and I will burn a copy on a CD and mail it to you.
