I just bought TS16 Total Station and selling TS 15.

The main reason I am replacing it is I need to have Captivated Software on Total Station to be able to run?ÿ it together with latest GS 16 & CS20.

Here is some some info about Total Station:

1. TS15 I, 3" (1.5 mgon) R1000 total station with 5 MP wide angle camera, PowerSearch, automatic target aiming, reflectorless R1000 EDM, electronic guide light EGL, 1 GB internal Flash Memory, laser plummet, 1 keyboard with full VGA colour touch screen, Bluetooth / RS232 / USB / SD card interface, RadioHandle interface, SmartWorx Viva software and DVD (Art. No. 767908), user manual and container

2.?ÿRH16, Radio Handle with integrated bluetooth module and radio antenna. Used as radio modem for Leica Nova and Leica Viva TPS instruments. Establishes communication to CS15 field controller equiped with CTR16 or TCPS29 attached to PC (Freq. Range 2402 - 2480MHz).

3.?ÿ Two?ÿ Batteries GEB221, Lithium-Ion battery, 7.4V/4.4Ah, rechargeable. To be used with FlexLine (plus)/TS11/TS12/TS15 and iCR50/iCR60

This Total Station also comes with GeoCOM which will allow to utilize third party software and data collectors.?ÿ

I'd been noticing that instrument, and I could be wrong on this, but; ?ÿNo where in the ad does it mention the word robotic. Pretty interesting test to see those who know the TS15i is a robotic, and anyone who read PowerSearch knows it's robotic, those that didn't may have mistaken it for the flexline TSs and not given it a thought at that attractive price.?ÿ

I again appreciate your comments and would like to add for whose who doesn't know this model pretty well.

The Total Station is fully robotic with latest power search and imaging technology.

More information about it could be found in the following videos or in Leica TS15 Manual (available on Leica website);

Alternatively I could make my own video if it helps.

No, Gregg. I was only thinking that if you were auctioning it on ebay, people would/might search by keywords like 'robotic'. Thinking that might help get a few more looks or hits ?

We run TS15's with CS20 and GS16's. Even our TCRP1201+'s can be ran with the CS20 and GS16 according to our local Leica dealer, but we havent tried that yet. The TCRP's are now connected with CS15's.

Seems like you've been misinformed? We also have the latest captivate version on our CS20's.

Maybe the imaging doesn't work correctly? There are one or two limitations compared to the newer instruments.

I believe Greg was referring to wanting/needing Captivate onboard the TS instrument.?ÿ The TS15's are still on the Viva software platform on the instrument itself.

Hi,

I am getting ready to sell a TS15 imaging robotic total station, R1000, 5" model with RH17, Leica official delivery date: 12/09/2015. I have no idea why I bought this instrument as I still use my TCRP1203+. The TS15i has only been in the field a couple times, and is like new. Even the case looks like it just came from the dealer. I will need to get $10,800 for it. I have delayed listing or showing it on here as I have no idea how to prepare the pictures for showing on this site.

If interested let me know.
