But look again. Some of that mess came out of the mailbox. I would bet the local Postmaster might have something to say about that. Tampering with the mail is not taken lightly - at least it didn't used to be.
Well, now. If that had been a slightly different setting....say out in a pasture with a bunch of very springy tree limbs, multiflora rosa and musk thistle completely surrounding the bar I need to dig up....that could be a hidden video of me at work.
I put my money on steroids. Pretty funny though. I laughed out loud.

Hey, I know him too...he was my party chief in the early 80's.....I guess he's picking up garbage now to supply his meth habit.
It would have been so much easier, and possibly as satisfying, to just leave the garbage in the can that didn't come out. You would have ended up having the argument that they packed it too tight, and they would have ended up having to get in there and loosen it up.
This guy has obviously p'd off the customer, in this case they got a video, and they can nail him for the destruction of the property and whatever the tampering with the mail offense is.
I know it was funny on one level, but this clown already has a rough life with a job that most guys probably hate, but he's about to loose that also, and have charges brought against him. Where do you go after you get fired as a garbage collector?
