I know there is absolutely nothing funny about a tornado,... except the interviews afterwards:

What! No muumuu or hair curlers?
I cringe every time I hear about an interview with a Kentuckian adversely impacted by some weather event... inevitably, they are clad in their best wife beater, smoking with teeth optional. Being half crazy is a plus. Heck of a way to see how my state is represented on television. Just sayin', ya know.
His T-shirt says "Young and Gettin it".
I kinda forget... was that English?

I gotta get me one those shirts!
I wouldn't, if that's what he got.
I'm jealous. Usually the outlandish 'nader interview of the week goes to an Okie.
You know, where the large toothless survivor with the dirty t-shirt says, "N then the trailer started ashakin' an we knew we was in for a ride..."
We don't have anything here that can hold a candle to that interview. Truly a crowning bit of video.
Hey, Kent, got any comments?
I thought it was pretty good!

That is the best thing I have seen in a long time! !!! Thank you Jesus!
Bridge foreman took this in Mayfield
I gotta wonder what Jennifer Horbelt was thinking when she picked those two to interview.
The end of that funnel as it was lifting passed about 5 miles south of my house. Happened to be going that way and got a video if I can get it loaded.

Glad you are safe.
Kentucky has not cornered the market. I was driving down the road when this was aired and had to pull over before I wrecked.

She was thinking this interview will go viral and I'll be famous.

That reminded me of the movie Airplane. Two black men were talking to a fight attendant who couldn't understand them. A fellow passenger, played by Barbra "June Cleaver" Billingsley stepped in as an interpreter, saying she understands jive. The entire conversation was subtitled!
Neither Kentucky nor Georgia has cornered the market. Just watch or listen to Paul Finebaum's show. Because the radio program got its start in Birmingham, there seem to be many more such people calling in as deranged Alabama or Auburn fans.
