I don't know what this is; I don't remember what it was for; or where I got it; but I'm going to keep it in a drawer, just in case I might need it some day.?ÿ
?ÿ
It looks like a fitting for the end of a copper tube as it screws into a throttle body or burner of some sort.
3cpo is probably looking for that!
when i read title, immediately thought of F. G. Sanford.
Give it to your wife.?ÿ Tell here to hide it from you until you ask for it back.?ÿ Sometime next week you will be asking her to retrieve it for you.
Throw it in the trash right before pickup and you will remember what it is and why you saved it about five minutes after the trash truck leaves your place.
I think it screwed into the top of something and had a little clicker button that turned something off and on.
I must of lost the little clicker button, I can't find it anywhere...
Interesting topic.?ÿ Just this last weekend I was going through boxes I brought home from my moms after her death (96 great years).?ÿ One of the items was the little box of tools and knick-knack's from the junk drawer, which brought back some good reflections.?ÿ Same stuff that I remember from being a little boy in the 60's still resided in the box.?ÿ Many that you would no longer use because of battery powered screw guns and such.?ÿ I moved my junk further back in my families junk drawer and made room for the ancestry tool box to carry on (at least till my wife cleans the drawer :)).?ÿ Good day, Jp?ÿ

The lighting doesn't let me see if it has an orifice, but that seems like a very good guess. Add sprayer to the list.
Isn't that one of the screws/nuts that hold the box part of the Schoenstadt on?
@bill93?ÿ
There is an orifice; it's just not very big...
Dougie that looks like the mouthpiece on your mini-bong. ?????ÿ
A few years ago I had a small junk drawer in the garage.?ÿ A previous owner had built some plywood shelves and included this one crude drawer that measured about three and a half inches by seven or so inches.?ÿ And it was only about ten inches deep which meant it could only be opened about 5 inches.?ÿ I considered it pretty much useless.
But as drawers go it eventually collected a few items.?ÿ I began to realize it was the perfect place for smaller things.?ÿ I found a plumb bob top on the floor and it made it into that drawer.?ÿ I also remember placing in there a small screwdriver (for tightening ear pieces on my glasses) that was perfect for adjusting the carburetor on one of my scooters.?ÿ The drawer became my secret spot for rarely used items.
Then one day I was trying to remember where I had placed two squeeze tubes, epoxy resin and hardener.?ÿ I had used them only once.?ÿ I thought I may have put them in my secret drawer so I went to look...
They must be in there.?ÿ The drawer is securely shut and no amount of "coaxing" would open it.?ÿ I'm assuming the drawer is securely epoxied shut from probably leaking squeeze tubes.
I guess if I needed that plumb bob top bad enough I could break the facing off of the drawer...but that's never happened yet.?ÿ ;)?ÿ?ÿ
There's nothing you can't fix, with a big enough hammer

......as long as the business end is attached properly with duct(k) tape. ?????ÿ
No Doubt - That is the Flatus-relay fitting for a FTR.
