When I import a file into Civil 3D I use a .csv PNEZD. The file cannot have a header, and prefer to use codes with nospacingbetweentheletters.

Nice looking table you may want to add the foot symbol to the elevation and Northing, Easting, and offset.

I always import by points into Civil 3D as a .csv file, not sure if that is what you use.
